In the Polynesian culture “Honu” represents the sea turtle, symbol of health, longevity and endurance.
The Honu teaches us to stay grounded and calm, even in moments of disturbance and chaos.

The Honu is a reminder to persevere and cultivate peace of mind.

What we offer

Honu Yoga aims to share yoga and its teachings to as many people as possible.
This encompasses a variety of offerings, from private sessions, to group classes, tailored to the needs of every individuals.
- Corporate classes

- Group classes to yoga studios
The different styles of yoga offered range from fiery practices with yang qualities (slow flow, vinyasa, power vinyasa, ashtanga) to cooling practices with yin qualities (yin yoga, yin release, restorative).
The practice of Meditation is also offered, as well as Pranayama (breathing) techniques.
Chris is awesome and really pushes you and guides you into your best practice.
